Dr Quyen Nguyen

Dr. Quyen Nguyen graduated from the University of Adelaide and subsequently made the decision to relocate to Newcastle, drawn by her love for coastal living and the beach. Before joining the practice in 2018, she worked in various clinics across rural South Australia and the Newcastle region, gaining valuable experience in diverse dental settings. Since becoming part of the team, she has delivered exceptional dental services with a dedicated focus on patient care whilst continuously expanding her professional expertise.

In addition to her clinical responsibilities, Dr. Nguyen has contributed to dental outreach programs in Nepal, Vietnam and most recently Brazil—experiences that have significantly informed her practice. Currently, she is undertaking a Diploma of Implants at the Australasian College of Dental Professionals to further enhance the treatment options available to her patients.

Dr. Nguyen maintains currency with the latest advancements in dentistry by participating in professional development nearly every weekend. Her experience spans both private and public clinics across Australia, providing her with diverse expertise that enables personalised care for each patient.

Smile restoration and confidence building are central to Dr. Nguyen's practice philosophy. 

Beyond Professional Practice

Outside of her clinical commitments, Dr. Nguyen pursues diverse interests including exploration of new activities and strength training. She approaches each day as an opportunity for continued learning, professional development and making meaningful contributions both within and beyond the clinical environment.
